Help with member Login …
Control of member accounts lies with individual members. Please note that your association cannot reset your password.
If you are having issues with your login, please read this Help page. If your problem persists, we suggest you read the Squarespace help page on this topic. If that fails, please email us and we will try to assist.
Most likely issue
If you have problems with logging in to your member account, it is most likely due to an error with the email address you used when you first created your account or forgetting the password that you chose.
When you subscribe, you will be asked to set up an account
If you cannot remember your password, you can click on the “Forgot Password?” link. Once you do that, you will get the following prompt for resetting your password.
NB If you cannot see a link for “Forgot Password?” you may not have verified your account. To do this, you need to click on an email from Squarespace sent to you upon creating an account.
If you cannot find that verification email, you may need to click on the link to “Sign Out” to allow you to try again. Once you sign out, you can sign in again and look for the link to “Forgot Password?”.
Once you get a prompt to enter your New Password, you will need to re-type that new password and then click on Reset & Sign In (see below).
Once you succeed in logging in to your account, you can see your order details, order history and payment method. You may also see the following message that “your account is not verified yet”. If that is the case, follow the instructions to Resend Verification Email.
You can also update your payment method.
